Ivory alpaca, handwoven in rows of 19 mm cut pile with 9 mm linen loops between them. The alpaca is deep and soft underfoot, and the linen rows give the surface a ribbed texture. Designed for rooms you walk through barefoot, like bedrooms and dressing rooms.

The fiber · Alpaca
Alpaca has no lanolin and a soft luster, and it is warm for its weight. In the 400 Series it is often paired with linen, and the difference in height and sheen between the two draws the pattern.
The making · Handwoven
Woven by hand on a loom, thread by thread. A flatweave lies low and is reversible; a handwoven pile is woven in with the weft. Both give a flat, precise surface that shows the fiber clearly.
Care
Vacuum gently without a beater bar and blot spills right away. Professional rug cleaning only.
