This website is operated by Bond Street Textiles, LLC ("Bond Street," "we," "us"), a Georgia limited liability company. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products

Our rugs are handmade to order. We make every effort to show colors, textures and patterns accurately, but screens vary and handmade rugs naturally differ from photographs and from one another in color, tone and dimension. Fiber content, construction and pile details are listed on each product page.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Full payment is due when you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by a pricing or listing error, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

Made-to-order sales

Because each rug is made specifically for you, all sales are final except for goods that arrive damaged, as set out in our Refund Policy. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Custom orders

Custom sizes, colorways and designs are quoted individually. Custom orders are confirmed in writing and are final sale.

Trade program

Trade pricing is available to approved interior designers, architects and other design professionals. Trade accounts are granted at our discretion, may require proof of business, and are subject to these Terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, article numbers, photography, text and other content on this site belong to Bond Street Textiles, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bond Street is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
