Made to order

Every Bond Street rug is handmade to order in Bhadohi, India. Flatweave, handwoven, hand-loomed and hand-looped rugs have a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks. Hand-knotted rugs have a lead time of 12 to 16 weeks. Your estimated production and delivery window is confirmed by email after you order. We will contact you if anything changes.

Shipping

Finished rugs are inspected, rolled and wrapped, then shipped by insured courier directly to your address. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout. You will receive tracking information by email when your rug ships.

Samples

12" x 12" samples ship separately from full-size rugs.

Duties and taxes

Bond Street rugs are imported. For deliveries within the United States, import duties are included in our prices. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

International orders

For delivery outside the United States, please contact hello@bondstreetrugs.com before ordering. Duties and taxes for international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery

Please inspect your rug and packaging on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, keep all packaging and follow the damaged goods process in our Refund Policy within 14 days of delivery.
